Installation precautions for electric sliding doors: 

Make sure that the door body can move smoothly on the track; otherwise, it will result in failure to open or close the door. 

2. The door should not be installed on a slope, and there must be a sufficient safe distance between the door and other objects. 

3. Ensure that the moving machine is installed on a stable foundation. 

4. It is only allowed to be used under a technically sound condition, and in accordance with the product manual, with a sense of safety and awareness of potential dangers. 

5. The sliding door motor cannot compensate for the defects of the door body or the incorrect installation of the door. 

6. The door body must be stable and resistant to distortion, meaning it should not swing, bend or deform when opening or closing. 

7. At the maximum opening position and closing position of the door, limit devices for the sliding door motor must be installed. Otherwise, in the emergency unlocking state, the door body may fall off the track. 

8. To prevent the impact of ice formation in winter, the running tracks must be installed in areas with good drainage. 

9. Cable conduits must be installed. If the opening/closing is controlled by a button, the minimum height from the ground at which the button is installed should be 1.6 meters to prevent children from operating it accidentally. 

10. Before using the sliding door motor, make sure to remove any locking devices on the door body (such as electronic locks, door latches, etc.).
