The power supply of the electric telescopic door must not be shared with other electrical appliances.

The service life of an electric telescopic door is closely related to its proper daily use, reasonable maintenance, and timely repair:

1. The power supply for the electric telescopic door must be connected through a dedicated line. It is strictly prohibited to share the power supply with other electrical appliances.

2. The product can be used only after being firmly installed and successfully debugged.

3. The control box must be installed in a dry and ventilated location. It is strictly forbidden to be close to high-power wireless electrical equipment to avoid affecting normal operation. When using the control buttons, do not apply excessive force to avoid damage.

4. During the operation of the door body, no personnel or vehicles are allowed to stay on the guide rails. Operators should always keep an eye on the operation of the door body to prevent accidents.

5. The track should be cleaned frequently to avoid the accumulation of debris that may affect operation.

6. The drive unit should be lubricated with grease at least once a year. The chain should be frequently lubricated with oil, and the wear condition of each component should be checked. Severely worn parts should be repaired or replaced in time.

7. When pushing or pulling the electric telescopic door, do it gently and slowly. Do not push or pull forcefully, as this may cause damage.

8. When the product malfunctions, please notify professional maintenance personnel for repair immediately. Non-professionals are not allowed to open it without authorization. Otherwise, it will be regarded as voluntarily giving up the right to warranty. 

9. For faulty products, free warranty service will be provided based on the product warranty card (except for cases caused by human error or natural disasters).
